Oliver House

Oliver House, a business office and boarding house for the Calumet & Arizona Mining Company’s executives and, later on, the miners, constructed in the early 1900s has quite the violent history. Over 20 deaths, some murders, have occurred at Oliver House. One infamous murder involved the wife of a local policeman who was having an affair with a mining employee and her husband who found out about their liaison. Nowadays guests report hearing strange noises, doors and windows closing on their own, and the unshakeable feeling that they're being watched.
