Rosson House
Phoenix, AZ 85004
Built in 1895, this once Victorian home turned museum, is no stranger to encounters of the paranormal kind. Rumor has it that the caretaker of the property was shot in the early 1980s and nowadays visitors and employees of the museum report unexplainable activity like doors locking on their own, fireplaces giving off phantom heat and ghost sightings.

I took photos of the outside grounds and caught a huge white streak in one of my photos. Once we got inside you can feel the presence of someone there watching you. As we went unto the first room I heard shuffling sounds and saw a shadow move from the piano across the floor. Them we went upstairs and I heard whispering in my left ear and heard laughing when nobody was laughing near me or outside.

I too, had the pleasure of visiting this haunt mansion. It all started as I made my way to the 2nd story. I then noticed a beautiful naked women down the hall. I quickly chased after her as she made her way into the master bedroom. Once I caught up to her and entered the bedroom to my displeasure she was gone.... This has been on my mind for years

I visited in May 2013, and my experience has stayed on my mind since.
During our tour, after going up the servants stairwell and exploring upstairs I was looking down the hall towards the front of the home when suddenly a black shadow fled quickly down the servant stairwell. It was so quick, I barely had time to follow it with my eyes before it disappeared. It basically left me with my jaw hanging in disbelief. I believe a man witnessed it because I saw him act just as I had.
I would have voiced it right then and there but my mother inlaw was with me and she would have freaked.
I thought it was awesome. I'd like to go back again

When I first stepped in the house, I was really excited, as I was in an old house from the past. I was really happy to see what I could learn. When the tour guide was talking about the ruby windows, and how they had gold dust in them, I looked to my left, and there was like, a hallway there, and I saw some shadows moving from the other side. I didn't understand why, if the rest of the other people were in a group next to the tour guide, next to me. I'm not trying to exaggerate, but I felt weird and sort of nauseous in the house. it was either me hallucinating, or not, because I KNOW I got my sleep last night, OR, I heard weird whistling from the other side of the house. it was kind of weird, and it wasn't the people from the group. That whistling was accompanied by the sound of wind...like that faint little whistle you hear from the wind. It was really weird...
