Hotel Monte Vista

Supposedly haunted by a few spirits, this hotel, within close proximity to another haunted Flagstaff hotel called The Weatherford Hotel, has an especially playful spirit of a phantom bellboy who likes to knock on guest rooms and and say, "room service." Even John Wayne had a run-in with this particular knock-knock ghost. He commented that he thought the spirit seemed friendly and unthreatening.
