This Northern Arizona University dormitory situated in Flagstaff is said to be haunted by a spirit named Kathy. Legend has it that Kathy was a student at the school who hung herself in one of the stairwells during winter break. Students have complained of strange phenomena like posters flying, lights flickering, electronics malfunctioning, and blankets being pulled off of beds.
