The Noftsger Hill Inn

Built as a school in 1907 The Noftsger Hill Inn, now a spacious 6-room hotel, still contains traces of its educational roots. Guests have come forward saying they've heard children's voices while staying at the inn, heard phantom footsteps and have had objects move on their own.

I lived across the street from this school in 1985. My siblings, myself and some other kids were playing hide and seek in the summer and I was hiding in the foliage of the southwest corner.
It suddenly got chilling cold and wind began to blow, I felt watched and generally spooked and thought maybe it was time to go back home.
We would also see lights on the second floor come on in the evening. the place was vacant during that time.
